Pilates Studio Instructor (2-3 days per week)

Job Description:

An opportunity exists for a qualified Pilates Instructor commencing end of June 2017.
The studio is based within a busy Chiro, Physio and Massage clinic, at a central location in Ellenbrook. Its client base is currently growing, with regular referrals from the on-site Chiropractors and Physiotherapists.

The successful applicant must:

  • Hold a nationally recognised Certificate or Diploma in Pilates Instruction level 2, or similar.
  • Be registered with a recognised Association (such as the APMA or equivalent).
  • Be familiar working with clients on Pilates equipment, such as The Reformer and The Wunda Chair, as well as floor based work.
  • Be experienced in creating Pilates based programs for each client, focusing on their individual needs.
  • Be confident working with clients on a 1-on-1 or a 2-on-1 basis.
  • Be passionate, motivated, flexible and have good communication skills.
  • The position would be on a Contract basis, for 6 months only, and you would need to be available to work on Monday mornings and Wednesday afternoons.

Part Time Massage Therapist

Job Description:

We are a passionate team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, and remedial massage therapists working together to assist patients in achieving optimal levels of health and wellbeing.
We take great pride in our work, in delivering quality health services and are seeking expressions of interest from like-minded energetic and skilled individuals for the position of Remedial Massage therapist.

Essential Criteria:

  • Qualifications in Remedial Massage
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and administration
  • Ability to perform effectively and cross-collaborate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to deliver quality sport, remedial soft and deep tissue massage services within timely manner
  • High levels of self-management and organisational skills
  • Commitment to continuing professional development

Desirable Criteria:

  • 1 year clinic experience
  • Dry Needling/ Acupuncture Qualifications
  • Experience in a clinic-based setting
  • To work in our Maddington Clinic so south of the river applicants would be preferable

Remuneration: Negotiable based on availability and experience
